Departments wishing to make use of this service should have a Chief's authorized member contact Kelly Donoghue to arrange for training and access credentials for use of the updated on-line ID system.

Welcome to Clinton County Office of Emergency Services
The Clinton County Office of Emergency Services is one of about thirty departments within Clinton County government and provides many critical services to County and Local Government as well as directly to the general public.
The mission of the Office of Emergency Services is to provide the residents, visitors and first responders of Clinton County with assistance and services necessary for Preparedness, Response, Recovery and Mitigation from natural and man made disasters.
This mission is achieved by many specific programs:
- Operation of the County Public Safety Answering Point (9-1-1)
- Emergency Services paging, notification and radio dispatch
- Emergency Scene Coordination (Fire, EMS, HAZMAT, Cause & Origin)
- Hazardous Materials/WMD Response Team
- Operation of the County Emergency Operations Center (EOC)
- Operation & Maintenance of the County Public Safety Radio System
- Development & Maintenance of Emergency Planning Documents
- Development & Maintenance of Emergency Mutual Aid Agreements
- 9-1-1 addressing and database management
- County and Local Government liaison several NYS agencies including
- NYS Emergency Management Office (SEMO)
- NYS Office of Fire Prevention & Control (OFPC)
- NYS Office of Homeland Security (OHS)
- County Government liaison to the NYS Office of Home Land Security
- Exercise planning and coordination
- Emergency Services Training Programs:
- Fire Prevention & Suppression
- Emergency Medical Service (EMS)
- HAZMAT/WMD Awareness and Response
- Incident Command and Management Training
