Departments wishing to make use of this service should have a Chief's authorized member contact Kelly Donoghue to arrange for training and access credentials for use of the updated on-line ID system.

Clinton County OES is actively working on conversion of the old Clinton-Essex-Franklin Library System Bookmobile into a Mobile Command Post. The vehicle will have capabilities for interoperable communications and data as well as work space for incident command staff. The intent is that the vehicle would respond to larger incidents where a unified command structure is needed to manage the response and recovery. This might include large fires, law enforcement incidents, Mass Casualty or other disaster incidents.
